It has been reported that Alibaba’s FreshHippo has launched a range of new services available through the application, Serve.
It is reported that the services include home appliance cleaning, housekeeping cleaning, clothing cleaning, shoe and bag cleaning, home textile cleaning, storage services, moving services, digital maintenance, etc.
The user opens the Hema APP, clicks “Life Services”, and selects the desired service to make an appointment.
This new service is targeting users who have “hectic” and busy lives, with the convenience of booking these services seemingly being the USP.
The Hema Application also provides a next-day laundry service, launched in 2020, as well as door-to-door/peer-to-peer pick-up and delivery services.
