On September 23, at the 2022 Baidu Mobile Ecology Vientiane Conference, Ruan Yu, Vice President of Baidu and General Manager of Baidu Netdisk, revealed that the number of Baidu Netdisk users has exceeded 800 million, and the total amount of stored data has exceeded 100 billion GB.
Baidu Netdisk also announced a comprehensive upgrade of the intelligent open platform, opening more than 100 platform capabilities, more than 30 AI capabilities, and tens of millions of training frameworks to the entire industry to achieve full coverage of software and hardware scenarios; Enterprise Edition, helping thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises in their digitalization process.
According to Ruan Yu, the number of users of Baidu’s online disk has exceeded 800 million, and the total amount of stored data has exceeded 100 billion GB, with an average annual growth rate of 60%.
At present, Baidu Netdisk has won three international security certifications: ISO/IEC27001, ISO/IEC27018, and ISO/IEC27701 marking that the accuracy, transparency, and security of its personal information processing have reached the international top level.
Wu Tianhao, head of Baidu’s network disk product, said that small and medium-sized enterprises have a lot of needs in data storage, high-speed transmission, security, and other fields.
Baidu Netdisk Enterprise Edition meets the different needs of small and medium-sized enterprises through a combination of SaaS+PaaS—standardization, and customization. It has served 100,000 enterprise customers, covering more than 40 industries.
